PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
I joined the Production Management team at Pixar in 2021, following the closure of Blue Sky Studios. With the Covid-19 pandemic ongoing, my first few months at Pixar were spent working remotely in NY, until later that year when I embarked on the cross-country move to CA. My first role at the studio was as a Production Coordinator for the Tailoring & Simulation team on Lightyear. Since then, I have been a coordinator for the Animation team on Elio, followed by my current role on the Promotional Media Toolkits team for Inside Out 2.
After graduating from NYU, I joined the Production Management team at Blue Sky Studios as a Production Assistant for the Crowds department. With my passion for innovation and ability to learn and adapt quickly, I built a reputation as someone anyone at the studio could come to for support, and during crunch times on production of Spies in Disguise, I assisted the Animation, Lighting/Compositing, and Render teams. In 2020, I was promoted to Production Coordinator and led the Crowds team and oversaw the work of crowds cycle animators on the film Nimona.
Blue Sky Studios closed its doors in 2021. Everyday at the studio, I was surrounded by incredible people determined to answer technical challenges with creative solutions and to produce spectacular art, and it was a privilege to be a part of such an inspiring community.
Fusion Film Festival
During all four years at NYU, I was a part of the Fusion Film Festival, a team dedicated to celebrating female-identifying artists in film, TV, and new media. We hosted year-round events culminating in a 3-day festival with events like panels, screenings, and pitch sessions.
